You are hereby directed to observed and follow faithfully the foundation policies for proper guidance and implementation such as;

1. Financial Handling Policy
2. Internal Control
3. School Subject Opening Policy
4. Project Monitoring/ Evaluation Policy
5. Hiring and Employment Policy
6. Personnel Handbook
7. Recruitment, Selection and Employment Policy
8. Human Resource Department
9. and Other Policies

Note:  The above mention policies can be accessed through our website  www.gaitf.com or using the GAITF Operation Manual Handbook from the QMS Officer.

This is for strict compliance.  Any in violation of this policies and GAITF Memo shall be treated as insubordination, negligence of duty, neglect of duty and usurpation of authority. Such action will be treated according to act of omission as caused of action.  Punishment shall be Termination with corresponding criminal action and or civil action.
