SUBJECT:         STRICKLY NO ID, NO ENTRY POLICY WITH PRESCRIBED UNIFORM

ATTENTION:   TO ALL GAITF PERSONNEL AND STAKEHOLDERS

Respective security personnel are to implement as agreed by the ExeCom during it’s Meeting the “NO complete Uniform, No ID, No Entry Policy”.

The wearing of officially authorized identification card is now mandatory for all faculty, staff and students. Guests are obliged to log and surrender their ID Cards to duly authorized security personnel before entering the premises.

The above policy was adopted to improve the security and safety of the GAITF community. Please request the full cooperation of our faculty, staff and students in the successful implementation of the above policy effective January 2019 and every month thereafter.

Mandatory for al GAITF Personnel to wear ID at all time within the GAIT premises and in every function(s) as called for with prescribed issued Uniform of the Day.

This is for strict compliance.  Any in violation of this policies and GAITF Memo shall be treated as insubordination, negligence of duty, neglect of duty and usurpation of authority. Such action will be treated according to act of omission as caused of action.  Punishment shall be Termination with corresponding criminal action and or civil action.
